Spectacular Tigers on deck circle used at Tiger Stadium during the 1994-96 time frame. Upon the Ilitch family's purchase of the organization in 1992 the team began evaluating its branding and began using the "English D" logo with the tiger jumping through it in roughly 1994. This heavy rubber on deck circle measures 8' in diameter and consists of two half-circles that are pushed together. Extraordinarily clean particularly given its use the circle is white and the "D" logo very bold. Some wear to the edges as well as the edges at the center of the half circles are evident but nothing so consequential as to detract from the beautiful eye appeal of the piece. An incredible display and conversation piece that has been the centerpiece of a Tigers-themed "man cave" for several decades. Please note that this is a bulky item that is relatively heavy.
