The T210 "Red Border" set is an enormous set of more than 600 minor leaguers that is divided into eight different series each featuring players from a different minor league. The 6th series featuring members of the Blue Grass League is commonly known as one of the more scarce. Cards in the 66-card set are rarely found in top condition; in fact while PSA has graded just 113 cards from the 6th series just 1 has graded above a 6.At the same time we recognize that particularly with prewar minor-league sets like the T210 Old Mill sets many collectors prefer to keep their cards raw. Still the grading company population reports in cases like these provide an excellent guideline for determining relative scarcity and difficulty in obtaining top-condition cards. The card of Maysville Kentucky hurler Berney Everdon (his name misspelled "Everden" on his T210 card) is no different; while the overall condition is clean and presentable two thick creases traverse the center of the card right through Berney"s face. This unfortunate flaw is really the card"s only blemish; corners and edges are worn only mildly and the back is clean.Population data:SGC Population: 3 graded 1 at this level 2 higher (both SGC 100s)PSA Population: 1 graded none at this level 1 higher
