Graded AUTHENTIC by SGC due to the torn bottom the Northland Bread issue of 1953 was a 32-subject set of unnumbered labels affixed to the ends of bread bags. Their method of distribution makes them incredibly scarce and condition-sensitive today as they are rarely found and when they are they are generally torn with significant damage to the backs. The damage on this example of Milwaukee slugger Sid Gordon is relatively unobtrusive as the player name and image are all present on the card the tear restricted to a small portion of the bottom tab.
