Impressive high-grade example of Joe D's popular 1941 Playball issue. Graded NM 84 by an early version of SGC. The card is reasonably well-centered with a very slight tilt rich color and print registration that is typical for the card or perhaps a bit stronger. The color is tremendous. The reverse is clean. Please note that cards with the "SG" grading label were graded by an early version of SGC and that the outstanding guarantee offered by SGC does not extend to cards graded under this original ownership. Despite this we feel this is a very strong high-grade card worthy of its technical grade.
