Spectacular Presidential document dated May 18 1819 bestowing 160 acres of land to one John Wright in exchange for his military service. The ornate document is printed on thin partchment and boasts incredible display quality with some minor staining and foxing throughout and some thin wear-related holes at the document's folds. Most important however is the bold clean signature of the nation's fifth President and Founding Father. Graded 9.5 by PSA/DNA the signature appears on a clean unblemished section of the parchment with no printing or wear underneath it. A spectacular signature of one of the earliest Presidents one who was integral to the founding of America.
