Measuring approximately 8 1/4" x 11" and printed on heavier stock this full-color display ad features BF Goodrich's "P. F." canvas shoes as endorsed by ten different Major League players. A much smaller version of the large full-color display poster often seen in the hobby this piece is moderately toned with some minor discoloration at the top of the piece which appears to be a result of storage. Several small creases throughout do not interfere with the presentation and a price ($48.00) written on the reverse in pencil by a long-ago memorabilia dealer also does not detract. Featuring eight players that would eventually make the Hall of Fame (Yogi Berra Bob Feller George Kell Ralph Kiner Stan Musial Phil Rizzuto Warren Spahn and Ted Williams) and a ninth that continues to have strong support for eventual induction (Gil Hodges) this is a display ad that boasts significant star power - and powerful memories for anyone who can remember their intense childhood desire to own a pair of "PF Flyer" shoes.
