The extreme scarcity of the D329 Weil Baking issue is eclipsed by only a few of the 22 different M101-4 and M101-5 related sets produced by Felix Mendelsohn in 1916. Hall of Famers from the issue are desirable regardless of condition with the top-tier Hall of Famers commanding significant premiums. Graded POOR 10 by SGC for virtually every conceivable reason this card has survived nearly 100 years in spite of itself. The wear is heavy in the form of significant creasing and folds ink marks soiling on the reverse as well as a visible hole at the bottom of the card above the border. Still this is a rare type card featuring a high-level Hall of Famer in Grover Alexander and as such is highly desirable despite the condition.
