Graded VG 3 by PSA we have sadly been unable to identify the first name of Mr. Peloguin of the Anderson Electricians of the Carolina League. The card exhibits the type of surface wear consistent with many T209s - abrasions that interfere slightly with the image as well as some staining on the edges. Still this example is far stronger condition-wise than most of the T209s encountered in the hobby. A fine example from a scarce issue.
