Interesting and scarce postcard issue from 1914 featuring White Sox star hurler Reb "Tex" Russell winner of 22 wins against a 1.90 ERA in 1913. The E&S Postcard issue is an interesting one with a checklist currently numbered at 12 but the possibility of other players yet undiscovered. This example has been graded GOOD+ 35 by SGC primarily due to chipping and tearing at the card's upper-right corner. The cards feature a player illustration in the center surrounded by a variety of cartoons featuring biographical information.
