The 2013 Leaf Masterworks series was an interesting issue that included three cards per box each of which was an original painting or sketch of a player complimented by a signature of that player. Each card issued is unique with no more than 20 unique pieces of art featuring any particular player in the set. Each card in the "pack" was housed in a magnetic one-touch plastic holder to protect the card. Presented is a Masterworks card featuring Randy Johnson a sketch depicting the newly-enshrined Hall of Famer with the Seattle Mariners. The colorful sketch depicts him about to uncork his legendary fastball his signature affixed to the card below the drawing. The quality of the sketch and signature as well as the overall presentation is outstanding: this is a quality modern release a truly unique "1 of 1."
