Attractive collection of four lithographed oversized (8x5") premiums each of which feature the pennant and official seal of a prominent college along with (in most cases) an illustration framed by an ornate border. Printed on heavy stock these premiums were part of a prmotion whereby they were given away in exchange for 15 coupons from Murad cigarettes in 1909-1910. While each of these displays extraordinarily well they are subject to condition flaws that reduce their technical grades. Included are the following: Cornell (strong appearance mild foxing/staining along the bottom border as well as some paper loss on the reverse) Pennsylvania (corner and edge wear) Princeton (G-VG condition overall) and Syracuse (fair/poor condition significant crease repaired on the reverse with clear tape spot of paper loss on front).
