Due to the cards' rich red background bold imagery elegant typesetting and most importantly the extremely thin stock on which they were printed the E103 Williams Caramel issue is probably our favorite of all the E card sets. Finding the cards in presentable condition is extremely difficult - PSA has graded just 18 examples above the VG-EX level. Lower-grade specimens are often found with paper loss on the front and creases become extremely pronounced and easily break the surface due to the cards' flimsy paper. This example of HOF pitcher Christy Mathewson is one of the nicer examples we've seen - accurately graded yet still extremely presentable and appealing to the eye.
