The Have Gun - Will Travel television series aired on CBS between 1957 and 1963. One of the top television series during its run it also spawned a successful radio series. The program followed the adventures of a man called "Paladin " a gunfighter played by actor Richard Boone. Paladin's business card featured a chess knight with the phrase "Have Gun Will Travel - Wire Paladin San Francisco" engraved on the card. Issued in 1959 with one card per package of Rinso Soap Powder complete Rinso "Paladin" complete sets are rarely offered with higher-grade examples rarely making themselves available to non-sports collectors. Each of the set's 24 cards featured a press photo of Paladin with a facsimile of his business card design on the reverse. Presented is the #3 all-time Rinso Paladin set with a cumulative GPA of 6.77.
