Grouping of eight original photographs from Paul Thompson's esteemed news photo service, each depicting a member of the 1910's-20's Boston Red Sox. Some limited wear common to news service photos can be found across the group, including: chipped corners, smudging, and a few surface abrasions. Paul Thompson's credit stamping has been applied to verso of each, along with handwritten identifiers of the players. Note that Pat Flaherty (not to be confused with Patsy Flaherty), despite being associated with at least three different major league teams, never did appear in a regular season major league game. Flaherty did play breifly in both the AFL and NFL and is featured on a 1921 Zeenut card with the San Francisco Seals. Eight original photos total.
