Lot Description  

PSA EX-MT 6 hand-cut card of Dodgers captain and Hall of Fame infielder Pee Wee Reese. The precision of its owner's scissors work determines a Sports Exchange grade, barring issues with printing. The population report shows just 6 encapsulated, making this a tough single indeed.

Sports Exchange cards came six per sheet and invited young collectors to trim and collect them all. This scarce mail order set was one of the first to show players after their return from WWII! Search our Love of the Game archives for examples of complete sheets with original envelopes and find similar HOF singles in this auction itself.
