The E121 American Caramel set is split into "Series of 80" and "Series of 120" varieties, as noted on card backs and catalogued with -80 or -120 suffixes. To spice things up, American Caramel exceeded these stated limits for each series, perhaps because phased releases created more opportunities to show players on new teams and in position variations. Hall of Fame superstar George Sisler appears on two, "batting" and "throwing." 

This SGC EX-NM 6 "batting" pose features a terrific action shot, snapped during stadium warmups. It shows Sisler choked up surprisingly high for someone with his power stroke, so perhaps he's rapping grounders to infield teammates. The technical merits back up this mid-to-high grade, with lightly touched corners and some surface speckles as notable factors. Adding a star of his stature will be a great step for any Hall of Fame or E121 collection!
