Future Hall of Fame player Jack Twyman starred alongside Maurice Stokes during this 1957-58 season and then found himself raising funds for Maurice's care after his friend was felled by paralysis. The much longer story of their friendship became first stories and, later, a movie. Jack's own Cincy career lasted until 1966, with 6 All-Star seasons to his credit, followed by Hall of Fame induction in 1983. This PSA VG-EX 4 shows a touch of edge toning, a light mark on each side of its upper right corner, and otherwise clear front and back.
