Two Hall of Fame Dodgers in a single package, as Brooklyn fan favorites Pee Wee Reese and Gil Hodges appear on similarly sharp and colorful cards from this seminal set. Young collectors loved the palm-sized dimensions of 1951 Bowman so much that many went on to cut their 1952 Topps down to match what 1951 started. We're happy to see that these gentlemen belong to a kinder home and exhibit just slight corner touches and a bit of toning on their borders.

Each card avoided the notorious Bowman back wax stain and show smaller issues instead: PSA 6 Pee Wee with a bit of missing ink in the copyright line and PSA 6.5 Hodges a small mark in about the same place. Overall, an excellent way to audment or upgrade your 1951 Bowman or Dodgers collection.
