Hard-to-find Zeenut PCL card of pitcher Moses Yellow Horse, pictured here with the Sacramento Senators following his 22-win season in 1923. Arm injuries sustained with Pittsburgh in 1921 and Sacramento in 1924 derailed his career. He was reputed to be baseball's first full-blooded Native American player and ruled eligible by Commissioner Landis to play MLB ball during that otherwise pre-integration era.
The SGC FAIR 1.5 grade reflects a coarse removal of its bottom edge coupon and corner rounding. The central image remains strong and detailed, showing off Yellow Horse's robust frame and Sacramento's distinctive heart logo. Its population report shows just 11 graded examples without a coupon and none higher!
