Autographed 1949 Bowman of Hall of Fame shortstop Luke Appling, signed in blue ink pen. The card shows modest corner rounding, light surface toning, and centering southward, the grade of AUTHENTIC due to the perception of a slight trim. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.  Part of a collection of signed 1949 Bowman that was sold at auction more than a decade ago, which we have been offering over our last two auctions.The population report shows six signed cards and Luke passed in 1991 at age 83.
