Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA, the signature grading MINT 9. Part of a collection of signed 1949 Bowman that was sold at auction more than a decade ago, which we have been offering over our last two auctions. The population report has just one signed example and this is it! Rowe passed in 1961 at age 50, making signed cards tough indeed to come by.
