The first example of this pose we have seen and the only one assessed by PSA, a beautiful and rare N173 cabinet photo of Hall of Famer John Clarkson, the image corresponding with that of pose #78-2 in the N172 Old Judge issue.  Graded FR 1.5 (MK) by PSA, the grade speaks almost entirely to a visible horizontal crease across the top of the card, outside the direct image area. Additional wear is held to a minimum, the image clear with exceptional contrast and the mount largely clean with mild corner wear. Pencil notations are visible on the reverse, accounting for the qualifier assigned by PSA. Some additional soiling can be observed on the reverse.  A fine example, with a vivid, detailed photographic image.
