Loaded with Hall of Famers and several important rookie cards, the 1963 Topps set is one of the most popular of the decade. The colorful text areas create condition sensitivity beyond Topps' typical printing flaws, as the edges and corners of the text area are particularly sensitive to chipping.  The photography is a strength, however, as the cards typically feature attractive close-up poses, the photos largely sharp and well-composed.

This is a presentable, collector-grade set, with many of the cards exhibiting handling but not abuse.
