Outstanding Louisville Slugger black bat dating to 2007-08, as used by superstar and future Hall of Famer Alex Rodriguez.  Rodriguez has certainly ran into problems getting elected to the Hall due to steroid-related issues, but will surely eventually make it, his statistics far outpacing the majority of his peers and resistance to the steroid era slowly fading. This bat exhibits signs of outstanding use with a slight handle crack, Rodriguez winning the American League MVP in 2007 with a .314 batting average, 54 home runs, and a career high 156 RBI, the latter two stats leading the league.
