Cleveland appears on some of the most engaging regional sets of this era, including this Num Num Foods issue of large, paper-thin premiums offered throughout the 1952 season in that metro area.
Harry Simpson posted his first excellent season in 1952, meeting the high standards set as Luke Easter's stand-in for 1951. He would need the "Suitcase" nickname soon enough, as Harry changed teams five times from 1955-59, logging one All-Star appearance with Kansas City in 1956.
This PSA NM 7 reflects strong corners, edges, and the fact that it still has its tab. The population report shows 16 complete Simpson premiums graded and just one higher!
