Player images occupy most of the card itself, which offers an unusual look for an era otherwise known for poses surrounded by simple or ornate frames. While a handful of Hornsby poses were used over and over again on other candy sets, this photo appears to be unique to E253.

The SGC VG+ 3.5 reflects slightly rounded corners and flecks along the left and right edges. Their current population report shows just four higher!
