An exceptionally rare regional issue the D381 cards were issued by Fleischmann Bakery of New York in 1916 featuring a black and white player photo with a redemption coupon attached to the bottom of each card. Today cards are very difficult to locate even more so with the coupon on the bottom. This example of Hall of Fame outfielder Ed Rousch has been graded FAIR 20 by SGC irrespective of the coupon at the bottom (which has clearly been removed). The card has been subjected to overall wear at the surface and the corners alike yet maintains strong eye appeal and clarity of image. Fleischmann Bakery cards are always in high demand and very popular among advanced collectors; complete sets are virtually nonexistent and individual cards are particularly attractive for the era.
