Authenticated by SGC Authentic as a "cut signature " this vintage signature of Stan Musial likely dates to the late 1940s or early 1950s based on the evolution of his signature. The signature in dark ink is on the blank side of a postcard mailed in what appears to be 1949 from St. Louis to Ohio. Unfortunately not all the details of the postcard are legible as there are significant paper remnants on the reverse from being mounted in a scrapbook. The postcard has the added bomus of a 1948 Bowman Stan Musial rookie card mounted to the index card alongside the vintage signature. The result is an attractive display authenticated and encapsulated by SGC Authentic. An outstanding and valuable vintage piece of "Stan the Man."
