An exceptionally rare regional issue the D381 cards were issued by Fleischman Bakery of New York in 1916 featuring a black and white player photo with a redemption coupon attached to the bottom of each card. Today cards are very difficult to locate even more so with the coupon at the bottom. The grade of GOOD 2 assigned by PSA seems perplexing; close examination reveals some very minor areas of foxing on Rousch's face, and a slight discoloration at the very bottom right of the coupon. Additional areas of foxing are visible on the reverse, and possible light glue stains at the edges, though it is really difficult for us to discern inside the holder, even under magnification. A tremendous example in spite of the grade.
