Large format 8" x 10" Type I photo of Truxton, NY native, John Joseph McGraw in 1932. At the time this photo was taken of McGraw, the future Hall of Fame manager had helmed his New York Giants for three consecutive decades, capturing an incredible ten National League pennants and three World Series championships in 1905, 1921, and 1922. Sadly, McGraw would pass away from pancreatic cancer just two years later in 1934. Fresh to the hobby Type I photo is a superb depiction of one of baseball's single most influential characters sporting a royal blue team-issued jacket known to have been worn by his Giants in 1932. Authenticated and encapsulated as a Type I photo by PSA/DNA.
