According to researcher Steve Keyman, the 1969 Globe Imports Baseball Playing
Card set consists of 52 black and white playing cards with blank backs, with 13 cards each of Ace through King for
each suit: Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, and
Spades. They were printed on thin cardboard stock measuring 1 5/8" x 2 1/4" each. The set was
sold at gas stations in the southern United States. Some players were
removed or added in between printings, with this printing being Series B.
Featured here are two (2) sealed sets of cards, each set complete with all 52 playing cards. Included in each deck are over a dozen Hall of Famers, including Ace of Hearts Willie Mays, Ace of Clubs Carl Yastrzemski, Ace of Diamonds Bob Gibson, and Ace of Spades Mickey Mantle.
