Particularly attractive example of Canada's Tip O'Neill's N172 card catalogued as card 356-2. With incredible contrast for an N172 the technical grade of FAIR 20 does not properly describe the beauty of the card as the grade assessed is due to damage on the card reverse from being mounted in a scrapbook. Aside from that the card is marred by minor wear primarily at the corners but appears to be a VG/EX to EX condition card.
