Handsome, printed trade journal dated to May of 1880 and packed with confectioner's industry and product news, as well as appealing 19th Century graphics and typography.   The elaborate, ornate masthead and use of multiple typefaces makes it easy to overlook the ad and dominant image in the center of the cover - an ad for Croft, Wilbur & Co Confectioners.The ad pictures the Centennial Building, home of Croft, Wilbur & Co, essentially the company that nearly 30 years later would issue the E92 Crofts Cocoa and Candy baseball card sets.  VG condition with wear at the spine, consistent with having been removed from a bound volume.  Otherwise extremely strong eye appeal.
