While the 1924 PD3 Mrs. Sherlock’s Bread pin set is the company’s most famous set of pins produced, the bread label also made several sets of pins featuring minor league players, too. Those players were members of the Toledo Mud Hens minor league team, for which Mrs. Sherlock’s Bread made sets in 1920 and 1933. To date, PSA has only graded a total of 177 pins combined of the 19 known players in the 1920 set.

The example offered here is of catcher Mike Murphy, graded MINT 9 by PSA. PSA's recent stance toward grading pins is discouraging new submittals, so the fact this one has already been holdered is a nice bonus.

PSA has only ever graded 13 total examples of this 1920 Mrs. Sherlock's Bread pin, with NONE receiving a higher grade than the MINT 9 offered here of Mike Murphy.
