Ed Cicotte's role with the 1919 White Sox has made him one of the most widely collected subjects in the hobby. Along with his Black Sox co-conspirators Cicotte cards are always in high demand. Similarly T206 cards with various print anomalies have grown in demand often fetching prices that represent astronomical multiples of their correctly-printed counterparts. Presented is an attractive example of two worlds colliding; a T206 of Cicotte with the desirable "dual name" phenomenon miscut so that the pitcher's name appears on both the top and bottom of the card. The reverse while similarly miscut does not display multiple back advertisements - however the card obverse is an exceptional example with almost the entire name and team affiliation present at the top edge of the card. Such print anomalies help T206 scholars better understand the placement of cards on press sheets; as such cards continue to come to light it is merely a matter of time before scholars piece entire sheets together to further unravel the mysteries of T206.
