Quite underrated due to a shortage of star power, the T207 issue of 1912 is one of the most fascinating of all prewar tobacco issues.  With varying levels of scarcity, a number of tough individual rarities, difficult front/back combinations and a condition-sensitive gloss on the card fronts, assembling a strong T207 set is quite a collecting challenge.

This example features Detroit's Jim Delahanty holding a bat on his right shoulder. Centering is just a touch west on the canvas, but is very nice overall. This card has received an Authentic grade from SGC, potentially due to what appears to be evidence of trimming. The back is blank, which makes this card extremely rare, and the scarcity of this issue far outweighs any perceived cosmetic flaws on this example.

SGC has only ever graded 3 total examples of this T207 with a blank back of Jim Delahanty. None of the three have received a numerical grade.
