Fro-Joy Ice Cream of Boston finagled a contract with Babe Ruth in 1928, and issued a set of six cards for a one week period in August of that year, with one card given out with each purchase of an ice cream cone. This example zooms in on the Babe's hands as he grips the bat, providing youngsters with a lesson in batting. The fifth of the six Ruth cards, this example has been generously graded EX 5 by SGC, visibly off-center to the right with a slight tilt to boot. Corner wear is slight, more noticeable at the top right.
