The first series of cards in the T206 set were issued beginning in 1909 in cigarette and loose tobacco packs through 16 different brands owned by the American Tobacco Company. It is a landmark set in the history of baseball card collecting due to its size and rarity, with cards of over 500 major and minor-league players issued in the set through 1911. It is known informally as the "White Border" set due to the distinctive white borders surrounding the quality color lithographs on each card.

Dots Miller has a riot of color going on here, with three-color striped sleeves on his undershirt, to the orange sky, the green grass, and the colors of his cap, uniform, skin, and bat. Centering is slightly west on the canvas. Some corners are nicer than the grade suggests, while others are soft and have some light paper loss. The tough American Beauty 350 back is beautifully clean, and, combined with the gorgeous front, presents absolutely wonderfully. It's hard to look at this card without falling in love.

PSA has only ever graded 19 total examples of this T206 with an American Beauty back, with only six receiving a higher grade than the Good+ 2.5 offered here of Pittsburgh's Dot Miller.
