Attractive tin once holding Old Judge Pure Virginia Smoking Tobacco.  Tin measures approximately 3" x 4" x 2" and is adorned with beautiful, ornate graphics on all four sides plus the top of the hinged lid. Completely intact, the tin does exhibit some oxidation and wear to the graphics, a type of patina often seen on tin containers such as this.  The remnants of a label are apparent on one side of the tin, perhaps part of a tax stamp or price decal.  An excellent companion piece for Old Judge or tobacciana collectors.
