Of the four cards depicting Ty Cobb in the T206 issue the "green background" variety is considered the most desirable and some consider it the most scarce. Regardless attractive examples in collector grades are incredibly desirable the demand always outweighing the considerable supply. This example graded FAIR by SGC suffers primarily from a pronounced lower-right corner crease but also exhibits wrinkling throughout and significant corner and edge wear. Despite all this the card presents extremely well for such a low grade an outstanding example of a visually appealing collector grade card and a key to the T206 issue.
