Written in March of 1928 from the McLoughlin Manufacturing Company, this letter accompanied a 1099 form provided for Babe Ruth, for tax purposes, ostensibly for Ruth's endorsement.  The McLoughlin Manufacturing Company was the company that produced the Babe Ruth Underwear that was marketed beginning in 1926.  Ruth's association with McLoughlin continued right up until has passing in 1948.  The letter is in FAIR condition, with some paper loss at the edges due to the very lightweight paper on which it is printed.  An interesting anecdotal piece related to one of Babe Ruth's many profitable endorsement deals.
