The Depression took its toll on Goudey, as their main issue was a scant 25 cards in length, eschewing the color that marked their three previous sets as well while adding a game playing element. Hall of Famer Hank Greenberg is pictured here in an extreme closeup.

SGC has graded the card an EX 5 due to imperfect corners and some slight diamond cutting, though it still presents beautifully. The addition of Greenberg's autograph in black ink makes this card quite a bit more desirable, however, with SGC giving the signature on the canvas an 8 grade.
