Metal countertop display intended to merchandise boxes of Close's "Good Dealer" candy bars. Approximately 10" in height by 15" wide, blue, gold and yellow graphics on the front panels of the piece are flanked by metal legs, each of which extend outward so that the rack can stand on its own. We suspect that boxes of the candy were to be placed on the legs, ostensibly creating two "shelves" of candy.  The rack remains attractive and functional, with some wear to the graphic areas consistent with use.  The only example we have ever encountered.
