Perhaps the most attractive of the four Philadelphia football card sets of the 1960s, the 198-card set includes key rookie cards of Leroy Kelly and Jackie Smith, as well as a significant number of Hall of Famers.  The full-color photos are surrounded by a vivid yellow background that is susceptible to wear; centering issues plague the set as well. Due to the colorful borders, high-grade sets are extremely difficult.
