The 1958 Topps set is a BIG set - the biggest Topps issue up until that date. Set in-between the company's landmark 1957 issue and its popular 1959 set, the 1958s are underrated, the simplicity of the colorful designs and lack of key rookie cards have made the set less popular than some others of its era.  However, the strength of the player selection has created several collecting challenges, notably a large number of Hall of Famers and variations within the set.

Offered here is an exceptionally strong complete set, assembled by a veteran collector.  While a technical breakdown of condition would be 1% EX-MT, 4% EX, 25% VG/EX, 43% VG, 23% GOOD, 4% FAIR and a few lesser, the cards are quite pleasing, bright and clean with strong aesthetics within the grade.
