I have one to sell!
An outstanding Cuban card depicting a young Andy Cooper at the beginning of his career which would last until 1939. Cooper pitched for some of the greatest Negro Leagues teams of all time including the Detroit Stars from 1920-27 and the Kansas City Monarchs of the 1930s. He played in the Cuban winter league for three seasons the first of which is memorialized on this card. Cooper was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006 the Negro Leagues record holder for most career saves. Graded GOOD 30 by SGC the primary flaw lies in scrapbook remnants and residue on the reverse as the card was clearly affixed in an album. The image quality is outstanding however and the card obverse appears to be in remarkable condition with only minor surface wear and edge chipping. An exceptional card of one of the great Negro Leaguers finally recognized by the Hall of Fame. Population Data SGC Population: 10 total graded 2 at this level 5 higher PSA Population: none graded
