Second all-time behind Connie Mack's 3,731 managerial wins is Hall of Famer Tony La Russa, who won 2,884 games with 6 pennants and 3 World Series titles in 37 seasons with the White Sox, Athletics and Cardinals. Presented here is a baseball from his final win, on August 24, 2022. La Russa left the team in August of 2022 for health reasons, and did not return, formally announcing his retirement that fall. As a result, his final game came and went with little fanfare. This Rawlings Official MLB baseball (Manfred) was hit to center by Luis Robert, caught by Cedric Mullins. It carries an official MLB Hologram (YP138609, MPX), and aside from the signs of use, is a clean, attractive ball from the final win of one of the game's great managers.
