Members of the 1945 Rockford Peaches of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL) gather in this pair of 8" x 10" news service photos. While we can't be certain of why the women have congregated, apparently on the campus of Rockford College in Rockford, IL, we do know they appear to be inspecting printed game programs and scorecards from 1945. Despite the women being out of uniform many are easily identifiable via resources online. Excellent overall condition with gentle handling wear typical of news service photos of this type.
