Though the 1972 Topps "Cooper/Fisk" rookie card is widely acknowledged as the "true" rookie card of the Hall of Fame catcher, the 1972 Boston Red Sox team photo of Carlton Fisk is the earliest card to picture him alone.  This is an incredibly attractive example for the grade, with the appearance of an EX or EX/MT card.  A single red dot from a fiber tip marker on the upper right corner of the reverse accounts for a significant reduction in technical grade.  An outstanding example of "buy the card, not the holder."
