This example features Heinie Zimmerman holding a bat in front of a yellow-orange sky and green grass background. The card's corners are sharper than many at this grade, yet still show some softness. While it may appear that there is some color loss near Zimmerman's cheek/under his ear, on his nose, and on his cap, that is how the card is designed and is consistent with the other examples in the set.

There is, however, some color loss over his right eye, which helps explain the card's technical grade, along with the fact that the centering is south on the canvas. The back is gorgeous, exhibiting only some slight snow. PSA has only ever graded 21 total examples of this Old Mill back version of the Zimmerman, with only seven receiving a higher grade than the VG-EX 4 offered here.

Henry "Heinie" Zimmerman was a Deadball slugger, of which there were only a few. He had six seasons with 83 or more RBI, leading the league three times and topping 100 twice. His best season was 1912, during which he won the Triple Crown, leading the league in nine offensive categories. His 207 hits helped him achieve a .372 batting average, while his 41 doubles, 14 triples, and 14 home runs helped him rack up a career high 318 total bases. Somehow, he finished 6th in MVP voting. He and Paul Hines are the only Triple Crown winners (other than Miguel Cabrera) to not be inducted into Baseball's Hall of Fame.
